Now with the Driver Signature Disabled . We can FINALLY install the Vi40s' drivers. To do so, you need to access "DEVICE  MANAGER" from the control panel.  After device manager is open, make sure you "ENABLE USB DEBUGGING" mode in the Vi40s’ Settings under “Developers Options”. Connect it to your PC & "TURN ON USB STORAGE". Now in the device manger, you will see a plain, unkown "Android" device with a yellow exclamation (!) point next to it, this is the Vi40. The following link is to get the drivers:

Installing  The  ONDA  Vi40  Drivers

After doing this, you will now be able to update your firmware (rom). If you should encounter an installation problem from above, feel free to send me a detailed message & I will try to help you out as much as I can. In the menu at top of this page, click "More" then "Contact". ThanX. Have a Great Day !         DRU.

Once you have downloaded & unzipped the drivers, go to "Device Manager". Proceed to the "Android" category in tree list & Right-Click on the "Android" device with the yellow exclamation (!) point next to it. Click " Update driver Software..." DO NOT USE WINDOWS TO TRY TO LOCATE/SEARCH FOR THE SOFTWARE!!! Instead click "Browse my computer for driver software" & install the drivers from above folder. Windows should now let you successfully install the drivers. After that you should be set! (Below: 1st screenshot with drivers successfully installed & registering as "Android ADB Interface" under "Android Phone" category. Other two screenshots are of installation process, after right clicking & selecting "Update driver software...")
